[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Not much, really? He's got purple eyes which I guess are kind of unusual or something, but for the most part he's just your normal, tall, silently intimidating Russian.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] Sure go ahead! Though...it might be a bit difficult.
[What would be a suitable way of disciplining them?] Uhhhm, maybe banned from the library? I might have to think about this a bit more, sorry---!!
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Sure go ahead! He might not take well to it, however.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Yes, but he'd most definitely fight back if something happened.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Sure! He's not entirely comfortable with people who he doesn't really know just randomly kissing/hugging/touching him though.
